No Meeting Scheduled at This Time
Please bring a meditation cushion if you would like to sit on the floor. There will be a 15-minute silent meditation period prior to watching the video, and another 15-minute meditation period afterwards. We ask that silence be maintained after the video and while leaving. It is important to give space for the teaching stay with you after meetings, and maintaining silence is a powerful way to let this happen. The videos typically last 90 minutes, but can be somewhat shorter or longer.
After the final meditation, those who want to leave can do so in silence. Starting about 15 minutes after the final meditation (i.e., approximately 4:15), there will be a discussion period for about an hour for those who want to talk about the video or other relevant topics, ask questions, share, etc.
